All quotes provided via our platform are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Pricing is subject to change based on market fluctuations, supply chain availability, or specific project requirements. Final prices will be confirmed in your formal Purchase Order.

Accord Industrial Services is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or misuse of products supplied. Our liability is limited to the replacement of defective goods within the manufacturer's warranty period.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Accra.
